Can I pay with a credit card during the rally? |
| A. |
We will accept cash or check only, but will not be able to accept credit cards. However, the Sheraton, host hotel, does have a ATM on site that will accept most all ATM cards. |

Can I sign up for the Dinner, if I register on site? |
| A. |
There will be a LIMITED number of meals (Dinners) available on a first come, first served basis. The cost will be $25 per person. |

Will merchandise be available for purchase during the rally, on site? |
| A. |
Yes, there will be a LIMITED number of items available for purchase, on a first come, first served basis.

Will I be able to sign up for the Dover International Speedway Tour on site? |
| A. |
Yes, but ONLY THURSDAY night. No Speedway Tour registrations will be accepted Friday, as the Tour is Friday morning at 10:00 a.m. |

Will I receive a Confirmation Card? |

Yes, after online registration closes on June 10th, confirmation cards will be mailed. |

Does everyone need to wear a wristband? |
| A. |
Yes, a wristband is required to enter the Rally site. All members and guests must have a wristband. NOTE: the wristband must be put onto the attendee's wrist in Registration. We are not allowed to give anyone a wristband for someone else that is not in physical attendance at Registration. |

Is the Rally open to the public? |

The Rally is a private event held for currently registered H.O.G. members only and their guest. Associate H.O.G. members should register as a member |

What is Maryland and Delaware’s helmet law? |
| A. |
Delaware. Helmets to be in possession of riders and passengers, age 19 and older. Helmets required for riders and passengers younger than 19 and instructional permit holders. Helmet reflectorization required. Eye protection required. Passenger seat required if carrying a passenger. Mirrors required by law.
Maryland. Helmet required for all riders and passengers. Helmet reflectorization required. Eye protection required unless equipped with wind screen. Passenger seat and footrests required if carrying a passenger. Mirrors (left and right) required. |

Is my pre-registration transferable? |
| A. |
No, admission is not transferable and cannot be re-sold. This is a closed event and only National H.O.G. members and/or specific guests may enter under the registrant's name. |

If I’ve pre-registered and cannot attend, is my registration refundable? |
| A. |
No, we are sorry but all pre-registered fees are non-refundable. Unclaimed rally packets will not be mailed. If you have further questions, please email one of the Rally Committee Members. |

Will there be field events? |
| A. |
Yes, since this is a Blue Ribbon HOG-A-Fair, we have planned some awesome Blue Ribbon Bike Games. Sign up for the game(s) of your choice on Friday and Saturday. Games are Saturday, 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. You won’t want to miss the wild and wacky games on the Midway, Friday night, 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. |
